Supreme Court has announced recntly in 2011 that any person man woman or child, who meets a trajic road accident can be taken to nearby hospital immediately without any Police intimation or Police report filed or any complaint given. Any Hospital must not ask for police report or the Police Complaint given to admit him/her or child,it is a doctors' duty to save a person in need by doing First-aid. Police can be informed later.This is an amazing new Supreme Court Jsutice, that will work wonders towards saving hundreds of lives.

it is the duty of every citizen of India that he / she should admit the victims to the nearby Hospital early as possible so we can save the lives of of those people
